Knee highs can be a great cardio exercise. For beginners, hold your hands out and start by lifting one leg at a time high enough to touch your palms. But keep your back straight, don't hunch forward. You want to get to the point where you are jogging or running in place raising your knees as high as you can and as fast as you can. For Freak of Nature level, try holding weights in your hands and/or wearing a weighted vest. Have fun! Body Mantis is my (Matt McMillin) online journal of how I lost 60 lbs.
